Hey guys, 

i bought a Razer Basilisk Essential recently via Amazon (i have 2 of them in total). The new one does only recognize every second scroll event. it didn´t really bother me for the first few weeks, but now that i played some games, it´s really annoying - especially since i have two of them and they work differently.

I tried it with different PCs, with and without the Synapse software + Updates and so on. Problem persists.

I tried to RMA the  mouse here, but the support page says that it is out of warranty (i bought it a few weeks ago). Amazon says that i should talk to the manufacturer...

Can somebody tell me what to do here?
