Hi,

I have made a purchase for a gaming chair, the order number being (Removed for security purposes).

 I no longer want the chair purchased so want to cancel the order placed.

If you were logged into your Razer ID account when you checked out and you would like to cancel your order, visit https://www.razer.com/my-account/orders within two hours from the time the order was placed and cancel your order. Please note that after the 2-hour cancellation window, orders cannot be canceled either by customers or agents.
