MSI Laptop with Naga Trinity

I just bought a new laptop and I can't get my Naga Trinity to work with it. It works on my PC with the num lock on, but I don't have that option on my laptop. Is there any way to allow the 12 buttons to work while playing on a laptop?

    For me, on a desktop, num lock has no effect on the trinity's side buttons working. You might try reinstalling synapse. Are you using Synapse 2 or 3-beta? Maybe try the other one.

    Hi @venturePearlAquaclub473. A clean install of Synapse should do the trick. By the way, have you tried enabling Num Lock using the Windows On-Screen Keyboard?
