MSI Mystic Light not syncing with Chroma Visualizer

My mystic light on my motherboard syncs to everything but the chroma visualizer. When I use the chroma visualizer app my motherboard mystic lights freeze to whatever light I had active at the time. My keyboard and mouse work as expected to sync with the app except for my MSI mystic. I am not sure how to fix this and any help would be nice.

    I had this issue also with MSI. One potential fix is turning down the scale of the bars. This allows the LEDs to catch up. The LEDs in Mystic light are not great for quick color changing effects. I just leave mine static using jacknetrgb.
    AMD 3600x @ 4.3ghz, MSI 2060 Super, MSI Tomahawk Max and lots of RGB. Destiny 2 is my game.
