Multimedia/volume wheel not working anymore

Hi all, first off my huntsman elite has been awesome out of the box and i absolutely love it. however last night the multimedia keys stopped working. Ive tried firmware update and software update of razer synapse. nothing seems to fix it. i just want my volume up and down back. someone please help.

Hi there! Does the issue persist if Synapse is closed? How about when used with another PC? Let me know.

Hey there, yeah with or without synapse it still persists. Re installed all drivers and updated firmware. Trying it out on the work computers today so I'll let you know
