Multiple issues with Razer Book 13 unit #3
So I'm having a lot of issues with my Razer book 13 and it's the third unit I've gotten with the same issues (I even upgraded in hopes that it would work better). The screen locks, turns static, fans run extremely high under no load, all initial keystrokes are on a delay. I've updated my intel drivers and it helped a bit, it ran for about a month of extremely light use with no issues, but they have started up again. At this point I'm not sure what to do, I'm a college student and can't get a refund because I exceeded the 14 day period and I'm a grand and a half in the hole with a laptop that doesn't work well, and I'm not technically skilled enough to really do anything myself. Does anybody have any way of salvaging this? At the very least I want to deal with the input delays, I have found it to be the most annoying of all the issues. Any help is appreciated, and sorry if I'm ranting.

Did you get replacements from a reseller, or were they processed by our Support Team? If it's the latter, please send me the ticket number. I can use that to review your previous interactions with the team. That way, we can avoid as many redundancies as possible. If it is the former, send me the serial number and a screenshot of MSINFO32. Let's go from there.
