Mushy Keys Bottom right corner

When my laptop arrived (Razer Blade Base 4k OLED 2020), the following keys were mushy: ctrl fn alt I tried cleaning under the ctrl key, which broke it and ruined my warranty. Now I have no left ctrl key Is there anything that can be done about the fn and alt keys, or do I have to live with mushy keys for the rest of my time with this device?

    Is this a brand new purchase from razer.com? then maybe, you will need to talk to Razer support If so, do you have the followings~
    • Purchase / Order number
    • Serial number of the laptop

    There is not much that can I can do from my end as this is a hardware issue. You can either DIY replace the keyboard or send the laptop to us and have it serviced by our Repair Team. I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf should you opt to go that route. Do let me know how you want to proceed. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
