The mute button on my ornata v3 keyboard lights up red when I press volume up and down buttons and not the Mute Button. Closing the Chroma app and Synapse didn’t help.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V3 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
