Mute Key not working - Synapse problem

The mute key on the keyboard has not been working for a while now. I tried adjusting the settings in the synapse but it didn't work. The only way for it to work is to actually close the synapse icon from the tray bar. Why is synapse doing this? How can I fix it? Synapse ver 2.21

    Hi SiSung! Sorry to hear about your Razer Synapse behavior? By the way, what Razer device is affected? Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Synapse 2?
