My activation code for the Kraken x lite product is not working, I have already registered the product and got the validation key in the email, but when I put this key to activate, the application says that this code is not valid... One probable cause for this to happen is that you’re using the THX Spatial Audio software instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. To fix the issue, please make sure to download the correct software here and follow the steps in this article.
