my account is temporary locked

My another razor account is temporary locked when I try to purchase and add 2nd step authentication and it's been 3 hours locked but in my mail it's says only for 20 I did try again now before adding this still not working always saying temporary locked it also not working when I change password also... Please fix my problem as soon as possible please anyone..
