my activation code is apparently invalid but im sure im typing it in correctly, could i possibly get a new one?

Ensure that you are inputting the code to the correct application. You can download and install the 7.1 Surround Sound, THX Spatial Audio, or the Surround Sound Pro. Also, check whether you've interchanged the letter "O" with zero, the number 1 for the letter I, and J for the number 1 or the letter I.
