Hi i had problem with my activation code that you guys gave me via e-mail, it didn't work i don't know why. it says "License code is invalid" what should i do to fix that? can you help me please.

Let me check this for you. PM me a photo of your scratch code and the screenshot of the error message that says
THEREALMIOD1
"License code is invalid"
I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your headset so I can verify its model and assist you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
