My activation code is damaged

I recently bought a RAZER BlackShark V2 X Gaming Headphone and while trying to scratch the area on the code, I scratched a little bit too hard and damaged the code itself. In it's current state the code is unreadable. I would be glad if anybody can help me getting a new code or something else. Thanks in advance.
