My active code for 7.1 surround is unreadable

i bought the razer kraken x mercury and i tried to scratch off the code for activation but i accidentally scratch off some of the code so, i can't use active code to activate 7.1 surround driver

    Sorry to hear about your scratch card's concern. Please send me the following: a. A photo that shows the damaged scratch card. b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and its original box. c. Razer ID's registered email address. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Ensure to set the link's settings that will allow me to view its content. I'll be locking this thread now.
