my anansi keyboard don't work

My anansi keyboard don’t work  at all. I see green light with G and can’t do reset it. When I connect the keyboard the green light with G lights up and no key works. I tried resetting the keyboard but it doesn't help. The keyboard also disappeared in razer synapse, and it was visible before. Everything happened when I unplugged it from the usb port and plugged it back in, then the green light G lit up and the keyboard stopped working. How can I reset it or reinstall it in razer synapse. Windows also doesn't see the keyboard, although it sees other razer devices that are connected.
