My Barracuda Pro headset was rejected by the warranty even though it was a problem I didn't cause!

My Razer Barracuda Pro headset has developed cracks over time, as seen in the pictures. Additionally, I occasionally experience audio issues where the sound randomly increases by 500% in most games, and this persists until I turn it off. Moreover, an internal part seems to have come loose, causing a rattling sound when I move my head.

Despite these issues and presenting my warranty certificate, my warranty claim was rejected. I spent a lot of money on this headset, aiming for the highest quality. I even bought everything from Razer to ensure compatibility. Yet, they told me today that they won’t cover a product that has just reached its one-year mark.

What should I do?
