My Barracuda x (2022)'s dongle is not working

My barracuda x’s 2.4 gHz is no longer working. The device is not appearing in the audio input or output settings on windows. Both the dongle and the USB - C port are functional as I tested both of them. please help.

I understand you're having issues with your Razer Barracuda X.  No worries, let's try to close or disable the Razer Synapse and check if the problem persists.


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
