My Blackshark V2 X Headset is muffled. I changed nothing

Hello, I was just starting my computer today, i was watching some Youtube but i noticed that the Sound is muffled. I tried to unplug and replug it in. Nothing changed it was still muffled. Im using by the way also Sound Surround 7.1 if i deactivate that, the sounds is just terrible. Also yesterday everything was normal, the sound was not muffled and the bass is also working fine. Now the sound is muffled and the bass is just not good anymore

    I would really appreaciate help since i just got the headset 4 months and the headset wasnt cheap.

    Does the sound quality issue happen after connecting the headset to another 3.5mm port or device such as a laptop or mobile device? Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.
