I bought a Blackwidow v3 last January from amazon and it was great. Yesterday I turned my PC on and I realized that it was sending near-constant random keystrokes. I followed the you tube video’s instructions and nothing worked. Then out of curiosity I plugged it into my xbox One S and it did the same thing. I’m sure it’s toast but don’t know why. It was fine when I turned of my PC last Friday. Nothing has ever been spilled on it nor was it ever dropped. I’m a huge Razer fan. Can you guys do anything? I don’t have the receipt any more but I still have the box, manual, and card.
