My Blade 15 Advanced can no longer be undervolted...solution?

I bought a 2019 Blade with an RTX 2080 max q. Recently reinstalled windows and now I can't undervolt the CPU. This has rendered the laptop nearly useless. CPU routinely hits 100 degrees and runs like hot garbage. The cpu is an 8750H. How do I fix this?

    They wont help your bios updated in the process probably so undervolting is impossible now. And the wont give you the software to revert it.
