I bought a card at the store it 12 digit instead of 14 digit code and I can’t use it can anyhow please help me with how to find the remaining code for it please

Razer Gold cards typically have a 14-digit code that you redeem for Razer Gold credits. Did you notice any signs of mishandling or damage when you received the card? Are there any visible signs of wear or tear on the card that might indicate it was scratched too deeply?  For Razer Gold issues, please submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time.   • Proof of Purchase (Purchase receipt and Activation receipt)
  • Razer Gold PIN/ Gift Card

Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

  1. Everything has to be a separate image.
  2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
  3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
  4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
  5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
