i just bought new razer blackshark v2 and when i try to connect to 7.1 surround it tells me ur device already registred and i can’t get code

I’ve responded to your PM. Please check your inbox and send me the headset's proof of purchase for validation. Here are the steps on how you can share the file:
1. Go to the Google Drive folder using the link you provided.
2. Click on the folder name at the top.
3. Click on the "Share" button (it looks like a person with a plus sign).
4. Under "Share with people and groups," enter my email address or change the link-sharing settings.
5. To share with anyone with the link, choose "Anyone with the link" and set the permission to "Viewer".
