My dongle simply stopped working overnight, Windows recognizes it normally but Synapse 3, I've tried everything I saw on the internet but nothing solved my problem. Could it be that I had a software update that stopped recognizing my dongle? What can I do to solve my problem? I have a razer viper ultimate quartz edition.

Hello there,
Try updating its firmware. You can also use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
