my first purchase at razer nothing pleasant

first professional controller I bought and after a lot of research I bet on raiju ultimate. after 2 days comes disillusionment. I can't connect to ps4 via the controller, I can't connect via Bluetooth. I can't connect to the app, 90% of the time it doesn't. I play a lot of war zone and I notice that there is lag and not always the commands obey. 200 € that I paid and is not really worth the amount. I think it was my first and last purchase at razer
