My GPU don't work propely on my laptop | Razer Insider

Hi everyone, I've been having a problem for a few days now and you guys are my last line of defense before I tell myself I've burned something

I have a 2019 Razer Blade 15 (2070 max-q, i7-9750h and 16gb of ram) and since a few days my 2070 doesn't want to work properly anymore, I have 3 fps on games I was running 2 days before or my 3d renders taking 5x longer but in task manager she works normally when running at 100% and its temperature never exceeds 70°.

I tried several things like reinstalling windows (also switching to 11), reinstalling the latest drivers, the ones from 2019, clean install by going through DDU or using without a battery but nothing did it.

I just noticed that on HW Monitor I have a power limit that appeared (no idea if it was there before) but on the internet it talks about overclock and I never did it on this pc and I also put you a screen of a benchmark I did.

Thanks everyone
