Hello,

 

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code appears to be already used. 

There was no unused activation code inside the box, and when I tried to register the product, it showed that the activation has already been redeemed.

 

I bought the headset from Iran (online store) 

Please help me by providing a new activation code.
