my headphone spatial sound activation code is invalid not expired

i got the code from website after registering but when i type it in by hand, copy paste ,check it more than 10 times it looks right but everytime it says invalid it does not say its been used it just says invalid and i cant get it to work

I have verified that your headset is registred to your account and a 7.1 Surround Sound code is associedted to your device. To resolve the issue, make sure to download the 7.1 Surround Sound software and follow the instructions here on how to activate and use it. I hope this helps you get everything set up properly.
