my headphones are already registered when i try to register it for the 7.1 code

Been trying to get it from the serial number but when i do that they tell me it's not registered but when u try to register it they tell me it's not registered

When and where did you purchase your headset? If you're getting an error that it's already registered, I suggest you contact the reseller to request a replacement. Also, make sure to purchase from Razer's authorized reseller here. If you need further assistance, send me a PM with your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can double-check the information. Save the file on Google Drive and allow permission so I can view it. Thanks!
