My headphones don't turn on, can you help me?

I have razer thresher 7.1 headsets, they worked perfectly, but now I want to turn them on and it doesn't work; also when plugged in to charge the battery the blue light does not appear. If I press the power button and the battery charging cable is not connected, I briefly hear "tic tic" and then nothing. If I press the power button and the cable to charge the battery if it is connected, nothing happens.
