hello, my razer kaira headset for xbox no longer produces any sound even though it is well connected to the xbox. I bought it in November 2022 and the warranty on your product is two years. For this reason, I am sending you a message if there is a possibility of repairing it or therefore having to operate the warranty.thanks in advance
