My headset audio sounds muffled, keep in mind I do not have 7.1 surround sound enabled for the blackshark v2 x, please help :)

    Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a muffled audio issue with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. Do you experience the same behavior if the 7.1 Surround sound app is enabled? For now, please perform these troubleshooting steps as they may fix the problem.
