My headset audio sounds muffled, keep in mind I do not have 7.1 surround sound enabled for the blackshark v2 x, please help :)

    Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a muffled audio issue with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. Do you experience the same behavior if the 7.1 Surround sound app is enabled?
