My keyboard and mouse RGB suddenly stopped supporting games.

Hi, so my problem is that neither my keyboard (ornata chroma) nor my mouse (basilisk) are still connected to the games I'm playing. I mean dynamic RGB in Apex/Ruiner etc. I checked both synapse and in-game setting, everything is set correctly, I've reinstalled whole razer software, but nothing helped. I contaced razer support twice, each time I was told to wait 2/3 days till they examine, in both cases more than 2/3 weeks passed and I don't have any solve. This feature worked for ~about a year without any problems, I updated everything I could, several times. I have Win 10 and Synapse 3. Could anyone help?
