I have the black widow version 30 in my S key is not responding all the time I cleaned it nothing seems off. I don’t know what to do and I can’t get a hold of suport because some reason my serial number is not working.

Does it make any difference when Synapse is temporarily disabled? Send me a PM along with your Razer BlackWidow’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check my resources for other workarounds.
