My Kraken 7.1 wire torn by the volume controller
One day my headset got tangled with the bottom of my chair and when trying to get it out, it completely torn in half and I have no experience with repairing wires, and I can't even see inside to where the wires go.

MLGSlothHi there! Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. However, your headset's concern is part of the Razer Warranty exclusion and limitation. Please refer to this link. Also, Razer does not repair peripherals and replace as long your device is within the Razer's limited warranty coverage.
