My Kraken TE's mic isn't working

So, I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament edition today. the audio quality was good, but when I tried testing the mic I couldn't hear anything. I used discord to test it but no sound of my voice. These are the following things I tried: Making my mic as the default device Increasing the level to the max Enabled my mic in the Razer software Tried to record my voice using a voice recorder Re-installed drivers Nothing worked. So I googled about this issue and I got to know that many people were facing the same issue! but couldn't find a solution. I just bought this headset, need a solution please :/ Specs:

You'll need to change the audio input/output separately in Discord settings. Under "User Settings" > Voice & Video > Input/Output Device, set it to Razer USB Audio Controller - Chat for both. Your Windows audio output will still stay as THX Spatial - Synapse, since it combines both chat and game audio streams into single output.

I already have it like that, what we're trying to say is the problem isn't only on discord, if you head to synapsy and enable the feature to hear youself you will not hear anything

Ah my bad...I think you meant the Mic Monitoring (Sidetone) function, which I'm on a completely different understanding then. I have no idea how to resolve that since I don't really use it...

then sir please if u don't own this exact product (Rzer Kraken TE) don't respond. I wouldn't like someone that has a diffrent product to confuse me.

Sounds unpleasant as it is, but on the contrary, I actually do own a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. At least I was more than happy to offer to help you through the troubleshooting process, and yet the cold, unfriendly response on that.
