My Kraken X microphone sounds terrible!

Hello, before I say anything this started happening AFTER I factory restarted my computer. I got that out of the way, anyhow. My microphone sounds so bad, like loud, bass booted, ect. I can try to do a sample recording if youll like. I plug into my phone, or other devices such as my PS4 and it works perfectly, only when I go on my laptop it decides to be a pain in the butt. Ive resurched as much as I can, did as many solutions I founded. Please help.

    Do you mind sending me the serial number of your Kraken X via PM? I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look at the behavior.
