My laptop ' the new razer blade- full HD (512gb)' was shut down suddenly when I was using it and it could not turned on any more. Anyone has a suggestion? My important documents are all there.:frown_: I am in Toronto, Canada and I bought it on Feb 2017.

Does it still charge? To be honest, there is not much that we can do from here, but to send it in for repair. I highly recommend that you take out the SSD and plug it into another machine, and from there, create a back up of your files. In any case, please PM me the serial number of your Razer Blade so I can help you start a repair ticket.
