By the tracking information my laptop was sent from Hong Kong to Memphis, TN United Parcel Service. It has been there for a week because there is an import exception and some fee needs to be paid by the importer (Razer) before it will be shipped any further. Unfortunately, Razer does not have a telephone number for customer service or anything so that I can talk to a living person. This is of concern to me as it demonstrates poor service. I spent over $4000 for this computer and I don’t know how to actually receive it. I wish someone from this company would contact me, or I may be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
