My laptop is not detecting my Barracuda X headset while it is connected via the USB-C "dongle"

Hi so I tried turning on my headset as always but my laptop didn't recognize my headset. I've had this headset for over a year now and I've never gotten any problems until now.

Did you check in the device manager if it's still detected? Are you using a USB hub for the dongle? Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other options to help you resolve the problem. Thank you! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
