My left trigger is inputting right thumbstick left on wolverine v2 usb.

So I recently bought this controller and took it out of it's box it turnt on right away and nothing was out of the ordinary until I pressed the left trigger and it imputed the right thumbstick to turn left in sure it's an hardware issue and I'm not too sure if razor would send me another one for free even though I've bought a lot of things with them throughout the years.
