My mic for my Blackshark V2 X is not working

Hi, so this is a bit strange. I recently ordered a Razer Blackshark V2 X and it just came in. I plugged everything up and the sound is absolutely amazing. The problem is my Microphone isnt working at all with this. I have Windows 10, though im unsure if Im even using Realtek. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blackshark V2 X here. Have you tried checking your computer's default recording device? If you are using a Windows computer, please check your microphone's privacy under settings. Are you using a laptop or a desktop PC? If it's a desktop and has no combo audio/mic port, please use the splitter extension cable that came with the device. Otherwise, connect the headset without the splitter to your laptop's 3.5mm port.
