My mouse Basilisk uncontrolled arrow. Help!
Hello everyone!
My mouse Basilisk uncontrolled arrow.
When I connect my mouse, on any computer, its arrows are going up continuously.
Has anyone ever experienced this?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisks's concern here. Have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB port or computer and see if the issue persists? Does the issue happen to all surfaces where your mouse is hovering/gliding? Please clean the mouse by following the steps here and see if it helps.
