My mouse Razer Basilisk ultimate is on but synapse don't recognize the mouse is on! and my razer mouse dock is fail
+1I’d try to do Synapse clean reinstall:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
