My Mouse RAZER BASILISK ULTIMATE is not working.
I had no previous issue with the mouse, less than 1year of function.
After coming back from work, i switch on my PC and the mouse isn’t working anymore, no light, no response.
I can hear a new sound from the mouse itself, a small click sound in the center at 10/20Hz WHEN powered on.
The dongle is recognized buy my PC and is lloking OK but the mouse is completly dead.
Tried rebooting either the PC and the mouse, nothing everything looks fine in the PC itself.
I tried to put it on another pc, it is recognized but still nothing.
My mouse was plugged into my PC during 2 consecutive days with USB wire and dongle at the same time but i’ve been doing that for the last months.
Any solutions ?
