My Naga hex v1 (RZ01-01600)'s cursor has stopped moving

all of the buttons still work and Razor Synapse 2.0 still recognizes it but it just seems like the sensor isn’t working much anymore. I’ve removed it and reinstalled it in device manager, unplugged it and plugged it back it, unplugged it then restarted and then plugged it back in, but it still gives me the same problem…
