My Nari Mic is dead on wireless. No way to reset dongle.

  • I've reinstalled Synapse a few times.

  • I've uninstalled software, cleared our registry, restarted computer, reinstalled.



  • I've reinstalled windows, 3 times. (refresh | restored | format->reinstall from Disk)

  • Tried on other computers.





Does not work, at all. It will work when plugged into my xbox controller and my cell phone, but not when wireless. It happened after an update for synapse. Now i have no mic and it's basically a paperweight until it's fixed. (something in me is telling me that I can't reset the profiles). I took good care of it, hung it on a headset stand when not in use. Kept it charged to around 70% when not in use to help with battery ware. I even wiped it off with dry paper towel every few weeks ( along with the rest of the computer desk ).



I sent an email to razer customer support a day or so ago and haven't heard back yet. Other than the mic not working, the headset is exactly what I wanted. Gonna be depressing if I spent $200 on something I can't use anymore.
