My new headphones are not connecting

Hello, so I bought the Blackshark V2 headphones with a built in microphone but sadly my computer doesnt recognize them and I dont know why. When I connected them, they played sound just fine, but when I wanted to test the microphone I found out that they arent even in the playback or capture devices list, or at least not in the form that they should be, they just appear as generic realtek headphones icon, and the microphone doesnt appear at all. Please I need some help with this, Im not really good with computers.

Try to check the privacy settings of your PC and follow the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you resolve the mic issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
