I don't know if it's just me but the audio on these headphones sounds muffled and I don't know why that is. If you know the answer to fix this please answer.

    Have you tried reinstalling the audio drivers? Let's isolate the behavior by performing the steps from this link. Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM should the issue persists.
