My new Razer product is already registered

Hello,
I recently purchased a brand-new Razer [назва моделі, напр. BlackShark V2 X] headset. When I try to register it on your website, I get an error saying it has already been registered.

I did not receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code because of this.

Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt, but I can provide photos of the headset and serial number.

Please help me retrieve the 7.1 activation code or resolve this issue.

I understand you're unable to claim the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code because the Razer BlackShark V2 X is already link to other account. You can find the activation code in scratch card included in the package. Kindly note that product registration is for warranty purposes. If the code has already been used or the card is missing, please contact seller and try to request for a refund.

Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. You can check the list of authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine.
